If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

For Cancellations

You are free to cancel your order before it has been dispatched and we will not charge you.

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act 2015, The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

For Refunds

In the event that you request a full refund on a large order, Halal Origins reserves the right to issue you with a credit note for future deliveries.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

What customers are required to do

For return/ refund requests we will simply ask you to take a picture of the product you request a refund for, and email it to support@halalorigins.com.

We know that we won’t get things right every time and when we don’t, we will seek to put things right as soon as possible.

Under what circumstances we offer returns and refunds

To be eligible for a return/ refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

When Halal Origins makes an error on your order then we will do everything to resolve the issue, whether that be a partial or full refund or a replacement.

Timeframe in which we accept returns

Because of the perishable nature of the products and the hygiene standard requirements associated with fresh meat products, we cannot accept returns on products once they have been dispatched, however, if you are not entirely satisfied with the quality of our products, we will do everything we can to resolve your concerns.

When customers can expect a refund

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Refunds are issued within 10 working days.
